It is an interestingly precise prediction of the current ways the society works. While i don't think it is a single truth to all the aspects of life today, i definetly recognize myself in the constant change. Which i believe is definetly exhausting, but that is perhaps more because of the pace everything has to change at, rather than the change itself. While tolerance to change is extremely individual, change is still the essence of life. Personally i find meaning/anchor in an intentionally developed worldview, which allows me to neither fully drift nor fully being stuck in chase.

While this describes the frames of the new era, i would find it interesting to talk about how we can intentionally derive from this era the best options to conscoiusly develop the future.

While this era has new perhaps unforseen challenges, it also brings possibilities which have never before exsisted. Amongst them is perhaps the most profound, globalization which can and in my opinion should foster colaboration and mutual understanding on a scale that precedes anything seen earlier.

This is a very important topic, and today more than ever we need to talk about it. We cannot remain silent. From my perspective, I try to contribute my own experience. In this constantly changing modern era, nothing lasts forever: not work, not relationships, not identity. Not because we have failed, but because the world demands that we let go without clinging to anything. The challenge today is not to find certainties, but to create small, meaningful pauses where we can rest, even if only for a moment.
